I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. I always get an appointment right away. The staff is loving and compassionate towards my pets. The doctor always answers my questions and eases any concerns I may have. The office and exam rooms are clean. This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever gone to and I have been to many.

This is the best vet ever for rabbits! I've been to many other places, but none of them knew as much about rabbits or cared as deeply for the health of our bunnies. Dr McRoberts has rabbits of her own and has a very special place in her heart for all bunbuns. She even calls them "kids." We've never had to wait for long when we have an appointment unless there was an emergency case. One time while waiting for a checkup, someone brought a dog in that had been in a fight and had many large open wounds. No one in the waiting room minded the fact that the dog got first place with no appointment or that they had to wait a little longer to see the vet since nearly all hands were required to help that dog. Also, they are reasonably priced and are way too cheap for the quality of service given, which I'm grateful for since I can't afford the more expensive (and often times worse quality) vets. One of the more expensive emergency vets that we tried before this one nearly killed our rabbit because they didn't know what was wrong with him and they charged us a kings ransom for the effort. We would have never had that problem if we had come here instead.

Love this place. Great treatment for all my pets. They accept SPCA vouchers, I recommend these folks. Any one can have a bad experience anywhere anything.

I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. Everyone was very nice and very professional. I was also very pleased with the pricing. I like to go to veterinary facility that doesn't just start ordering costly tests as a first step (if there is no sickness). I also like a vet's office that doesn't look like it has all new stuff (because then they are able to pass those savings along to us). Dr. McRoberts is extremely knowledgeable and friendly as all get out. Obviously, everyone's experience is different, but if you are looking for a friendly, professional and INEXPENSIVE veterinary office, this is the place to take the "babies."

We have brought all our animals that we have ever owned to this place, and they have always been very helpful, informative, and my animals love them all...When I was financially unstable, and my dog Kaiya developed a large growth on her throat, and they were there for us when no one else would, considering she was a grumpy red nose pit who couldn't breath well...They gave us a great deal....we currently have 4 dogs and 2 kitties that we bring to them, so I dont know what people are referring to when they give this place a bad review, but in my opinion they are awesome.....Stephania and Chris
