My chihuahua was attacked by a coyote so I took her to this animal hospital because this is where she was spayed a few years back. They wanted me to make a $350 deposit JUST for her to stay in one of their kennels until the vet arrived later that day. They had not even examined her or checked to see the severity of her injuries and I can only imagine how much more the examinations would cost me. I took her to a vet on Golden Springs Drive in Diamond Bar and they were very much more reasonable and understanding than the people here but I had to put her down because her injuries were very critical and irreparable. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking to save their pets :(

The care/concern given by the doctors and Trish is commendable. Although, at times, they can be very busy, they will always find the time to address your concerns. Our elderly cat is always treated with special gentle attention and honest diagnoses. The only negative might be the parking situation - not always easy to find a spot.

Dr. Sam is a great Vet! He really listens to your concerns and works with you financially. The office staff is very nice and friendly as well. I would highly recommend this office to everyone. My boxer has been battling a lot of bad ear infections. I had been going to a Vet in La Puente for years..since I was 5 (I'm 29 now) and they couldn't solve the problem. Every week I was paying $300/$400 for the same thing over and over again. The vet in La Puente said they "ran blood tests" and said they couldn't see anything abnormal. Finally I went to Colima Animal Hospital and saw Dr. Sam. After running blood test I found out that my boxer has a thyroid problem and of course a sever ear infection. Dr. Sam started treatment asap and now my boxer is healthy and happy! Trust me this hospital works miracles and is really easy on your wallet! :)

DR SAM IS A GREAT VET,I HAVE BEEN USING HIM FOR 17 YEARS,AFTER MY DOGS GOT INTO FIGHTS HE WOULD TREAT THEM AND NEVER HAD A BAD WORD TO SAY ABOUT ME. HE TREATED MY CRAZY JACK RUSSELL FOR A BROKEN ARM HE GAVE HER SPECIAL TREATMENT AND SHE RECOVERED LIKE NEW. GO DR SAM !!!!!!! MY DOGS WERE IN HIS OFFICE SO MUCH HE WOULD SAY "NOT YOU AGAIN RUDY" I WOULD RECOMMEND DR SAM TO ANY ANIMAL PERSON IN ROWLAND HEIGHTS.

I came here to get my puppy his shots. Purchased the puppy package so you come back every 2 weeks. One time I came in I waited for 3+ hours my puppy had caught kennel cough and apparently its contagious after about 2 hours I had asked what was going in with a room for my pup and they just rudely told me to wait my turn out side! Well sitting in the waiting room I had found out 3 puppys have contracted parvo in their care.. Once im done with my pups shots (because I paid for all of them already) I never want to come back
