I love this pet hospital. They have treated my cat with care and affection, and they really go out of their way to work with your schedule and find an affordable solution. The techs are friendly and they remember you, and the vets are professional and approachable. Highly recommended!!! One-Eye says "yowl!" which mean "Thank you for your great service"... or "I'm a pirate."

I have nothing but good experiences here and at the Banfield in San Jose, CA. In San Jose, when I was out of work, my cat had kidney failure (and at the time I could not afford their health insurance), the vet actually euthanized by cat for free and I received a beautiful certificate later with her name and where her ashes had been placed. I will never forget their kindness. Here in Sacramento they have been really good to my cat, Milo and the money I pay for the insurance has been well worth the price. The only thing that I wish they could manage a little better is time. I am always early but he is never seen until at least 10 minutes or more after his appointment. But that is my only criticism. Other than that, it's all good! Bringing in a new kitten soon!

Well, just wanted share my experience at your hospital in Petsmart. I took my poodle in to have a few sores on her back checked out. For the initial cost of $49.95 all I got was to have Freda temperature checked - Normal, Heart rate - normal, and was old about her teeth for her type of breed. Then I was given a quick sales pitch for the dog insurance for $40 a month. I saw the doctor all of 5 minutes. They charged $30 just to cut an inch of hair on Fred's back. A half a shot was $62. And a small spray bottle for top spray for itching $34. Absolute HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Are you fricking kidding me! I kept my composure. But I will never be back. Never. In the future, if I can't cure my dog then I will put her to sleep myself. Total cost was $178 and they had the nerve to act like the did something miraculous. What a RIPOFF.

They frickin suck and they are rip off artists. Dont go to them they dont care about animals only money

They are absolutely amazing and wonderful. We took our little dog there and the treated her and us so incredibly awesome. We were a walk in on a Sunday afternoon, we waited maybe 10 or 15 minutes at most. We had a coupon for first visit free. We are going to make them our vet for our new little dog, and transfer our two cats as their new vet as well. We are truly amazed at how nice and knowledgeable the staff are. Thank you !!!!!
