I have always had good experiences here since the first day we got our lab, 1 1/2 years ago, and we have had many since visits with our crazy lab. They are always friendly and helpful but this week when our dog was very sick, they went above and beyond. Dr. Anisa knows our dog well from previous visits, and took my concerns very seriously and knew she wasn't acting like herself. He was so caring and concerned and genuinely excited when she was well again. The nurses were so friendly, and one stayed long after her shift with us. The front desk staff helped me, even though I showed up before their walk-in hours. They helped us work out the most cost effective treatment plan and I can't say enough good things.

I called with concerns regarding my cat and was able to get in the same day. The Dr was very informative and my cat (who is NOT very friendly) seemed to actually like the female Dr we saw. I walked away spending a little less than I expected and will definitely be going back.

DO NOT GO HERE! I brought my cat in because I am new in town and didnt know where to go. The first time I brought her in because she seemed to have some kind of allergy. She was scratching her eye A Lot. The hospital charged me 200 dollars for all kinds of junk that she didnt need and they didnt fix the problem. Upset, they allowed me to come back for a second appt for free. I thought I would give them another chance. Again, I explained that I thought my cat had some kind of allergy because she was still scratching her eye and now she is loosing hair. The vet said she is stressed out. He suggested some anti-stress/anxiety medication. I gave my cat the meds when I got home and they made her sick and "wasted" for lack of a better term. She couldnt walk. She was running into walls, moaning, pooping around the house etc. When we called, the person on the phone said they have never seen this medication presecribed for a cat before. They then said I must have given her too much. I gave her exactly what they said to give her! I would Never poison my cat on purpose! It has now been 20 hours and my cat is miserable. She has nausea and she can't even go to sleep. I called the hospital again and they told me there is nothing that they can do. They said it will wear off..well, it hasnt. If you care about your animal, do not take them here!!!!! They have poisoned my animal and they dont even care.
