This place ran by a greedy old hag and a shrewd foreign man. Neither care about the animals at all or have any knowledge on how to care for them. There prices are super super high. Like someone's high high, and let's not forget HORRIBLE SERVICE. They have a large Amazon in a parakeet cage. It can't even turn around or take a step it's so tightly crammed. I don't think you could get it out of the cage door and I'm not kidding. Almost called animal control on them actually. I still might

Ridiculously bad pet store...They are under new management by the woman who ran Pets Plus (also a terrible pet store). I went there after reading good reviews about their finches, only to find tons of cages stuffed with unhealthy-looking birds. When asking about prices I found that all of them were completely overpriced. The only reason I go there anymore is to buy 1980s-style bird books. It honestly pains me to go there. I don't know much about the other animals they have there but do know that the birds are clearly not taken care of. Not to mention the horrible customer service from the owner herself. I only will go into the store if she is not working because she is rude. Just a warning to people looking to go in there, do NOT buy any of their birds. Go to someone who actually cares for birds like the Bird Shop or Parrot Planet...

The new owners of this pet shop are great! I am a long-time (10+ years) customer from their previous location, & the new place is much closer to me which is great. They are a family run business & down to earth, no hard sell, & they take good care of their animals. Anytime i need something, if they don't have it on hand, they'll special order it for me, so I know I can always get what I need. I am very happy to support this small local business! :)

I was in this store, not too long ago. I was looking for prices on baby bearded dragons, as I was interested in getting one. The guy who was working the store told me I had to leave, if I wasn't going buy anything. While I might be understanding if he had a ton of customers, but he didn't. There were 2 other people in the store that day. Maybe he was having a bad day. It's too bad too. This store is not far from where I live. I might've become a loyal customer.
