I've been a client for 10+ yrs, now & I have no complaints with the doctors, nor with the support staff. Their balance of professionalism & empathy is commendable. They've helped me to ensure that my 2 cats & 3 dogs enjoy/ed a comfortable quality of life throughout all stages, from puppyhood to end-of-life arrangements. Some of the specific issues I've utilized the hospital for include; food & environmental allergies, FUS, & IVDD. Price-wise: Their services & prescriptions are competitive with both, local businesses & on-line pet-med retailers. I have no qualms about recommending this veterinarian hospital to anyone I know.

Saw the vet today to consult on a teeth cleaning for my dog. She told me my boy has a little gingivitis & swelling of the gums & doesn't need a cleaning. I let her know that statement didn't inspire a lot of confidence & asked how I could then keep his teeth cleaner, which led me to explain how difficult it is to find a grain/garlic-free, crunchy, teeth cleaning chew. She asked me why I feed grain-free - and before I could answer - she told me dogs are omnivores. I'm quite sure I gaped at her for a good 30 seconds before responding, "We're done here," picking up Brodie & exiting the exam room. They made me pay for all 90 seconds of this interview & I told them to close the account. $46 to learn the vet doesn't know the basic biological difference between omnivores & carnivores or that just because a dog will, indeed, eat anything - in no way reflects that it should.

Dr. Katsura was our doctor and my wife and I were very impressed with his professionalism. I highly recommend him and his office.
