Dr Z is by far the best vet I have ever worked with. She took excellent care of my dog during her dental and mass removal. She is the only vet I will ever take my pets to. She's down to earth, easy to talk to, very knowledgable, compassionate, and also will explain the different possible treatments if you're on a budget, rather than just suggesting the highest priced treatments like so many vets do. Some of the front staff can be frustrating to deal with at times, and not as pleasant.. However it's worth it to have your pet in good hands with Dr. Z

I just moved here from out of town and my pooch needed a tooth pulled. They were VERY accommodating. The staff cares for you and your pet. They oohhed and awwed over my dog, which makes me know they care. They called after he woke up and reported he was OK and were very pleasant to talk to. If you read some other reviews about the front desk and paperwork jumbles, please also consider you are there for your pet care. And that to me is number one. You may walk in and not be immediately greeted or call and be told to hold as they are with another customer. These are all true, they focus on the first task and then the next. If you go in relaxed, you should have a great experience. I even saw them immediately attend to a sick dog who was from out of town.

These guys are always so helpful and honest. They have always taken care of me and my three cats.

No complaints.. they have drop off appointments and were flexible with scheduling. My cat got an abscess/infection and they offered me different treatment options and prices (on the phone after their initial examination). Will be coming back. I can't rate as excellent because I have no idea what makes an excellent veterinarian service.

Saved me $$ and time, emergency visit, our new puppy had fallen down th stairs and broke her leg in 2 places, the set it and it looks like she is doing ok. Very animal friendly.
