The front desk guy looks like UFC former champion Benson Henderson, SWEAR TO GOD. AMAZING VET, WILL WORK WITH YOU.
Frank is the best vet I've ever had. He explains everything and truly cares about animals. The prices beat any other pet hospital by far and some of the time he wont even charge for the visit. I don't know the circumstances of the other review here on Google but it probably sounds like the dog was almost unsavable and the owner had no intentions of paying if the dog died. Just based on their review I wouldn't trust them either.
