WONDERFUL. Every experience has been professional and friendly.The staff always goes the extra mile to help with any situation. I had to board my rescue dog for 10 days. She received daily play time and a peanut butter kong to play with. She was healthy and happy when I picked her up. BTW the facility just moved to a new and spacious location on Freeport. Check it out. I highly recommend the Pet Inn for boarding.

I work in the pet industry and normally would not entrust the care of my show dogs to a boarding facility. I had an occasion where I needed to board my pets. The Pet Inn at Mueller was exceptional. The facilities were immaculate, the staff spent many hours playing with and attending to my dogs and most importantly, when I picked them up, they were clean, happy and well cared for. I would absolutely use their services again. Love the fact that there is a veterinarian on-site 24/7. A+++
