Yes this is a very busy location but do you see your human doctor at exactly the time you were scheduled???? The doctors, nurses, and front desk really care about your pets and always make you feel welcome. If I knew about Wellness plan years ago, my pets would have been on it since they were puppies. Make it convenient to not have to pay for routine preventative care upfront. Don't listen to all the bad reviews. Try for yourself with an open mind. This place is obviously busy for a reason!

They have taken care of my two cats no matter what problems may arise. Dr. Fanter is honestly one of the best veterinarians I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Took my cat in for a tooth extraction and when some problems came up with her healing process, Dr. Fanter really stepped up and made sure we were taken care of in every regard. I would recommend this Vet office over some of the local ones located closer to me.

We've been taking our Standard Poodle puppy here since we got him. The staff is very friendly, contrary to the past reviews.. and our doctor, Doctor Mireles, is very knowledgeable and cares about my dog. She answers all of my questions and concerns as a first time puppy dad. The wellness plan is very much so worth 40 dollars a month and covers all vet office visits, and gives discounts on medication.

We bought into their plan, then because my mother needed us in Missouri, 2 hours away from the closest Banfield hospital, they still made us complete the contract. Sorry, driving a cat for 4 hours to a vet seems a bit ridiculous. It was only 4 months, but > what?? Beware!!! It doesn't matter to them that you had life changes. Wonder what that means about your pet?
