Excellent customer service on the phone and in person. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Based on their interactions with me and my pet, and other people/pets in the waiting room, I will gladly come back to this animal hospital.

My dog had been having crazy problems for a year when I took her to Dr Cote. She stuck with my dog, tried new things, checked in and was in general very knowledgeable about smart about her treatment options. Moreover, since I'm a student and on a non-existent budget, she didn't waste my time or money and yet still managed to get my dog healthy, something three other vets had failed at. She's the best vet I've ever found-- completely recommended.

We started bringing our pets in to Dr. Cote many years ago before she had her own animal hospital, and she has always far and away stood out as the most diligent, caring vet we have ever had. Our elderly cat was suffering from renal failure, and Dr. Cote did everything imaginable to care for him. She went far beyond the call of duty to make his last days happy, and was so very supportive to the humans he left behind. We will always go to her to care for our animals. I recommend her 100%.

Yes I rescue Hamsters! and we need a good Vet who knows their stuff not just someone who hangs an "exotic" shingle on the door and takes your cash- when you know more than them. It has been an exhausting and frustrating search and an expensive one... to finally find a gem like Dr Cote who CARES about the WEE ones and shows it in her work. CARING, FRIENDLY STAFF- who look at you when you talk to them and pay attention to your needs not just take the cash or act like you are bothering them or ignore you-- HEY- they actually are interested in you and your animals. Dr Cote takes the time and is really thorough during your exam you can tell she cares - I have finally found my Vet at last! Dr Cote has also seen Guinea pigs in our care and has been EXCELLENT with them as well Rene
