I love how reliable and wonderful this place is. Even under the most unfortunate circumstance of having to go, once there, you know you're in good hands. The doctor is thorough and knowledgeable and they take amazing care of my baby!

I cannot say enough good things about ER4PETS. The Doctor and staff are incredibly helpful, kind and thoughtful. A while back our Great Dane had t be put down, and they came to our home. This made it much easier on our gentle old man and easier on our family as well. They were so patient and did everything possible to keep Rudy calm and out of pain. I truly appreciate everything they do. You will not find a more caring (or reasonably priced) Pet Emergency facility in San Diego County

My boyfriend and I weren't expecting to rescue a dog but we did, we ran into a very small malnourished albino white boxer, he was 2-3 Months old. We took him under our care and we were then notified by our vet that he was a crypt-orchid and needed a $500 surgery or further health complications would be in the near future for him. This was very hard for us to afford but we wanted the very best for the little guy. We did extensive research and found PETSURG. They came highly recommended and had wonderful reviews so we decided to go with them. The surgery went flawlessly for our puppy and he healed very quickly. Thanks to PETSURG Atticus is now a 1 1/2 years old and happily living life with his fellow canine friend Hazel, he is an absolute blessing to have in our family. The best! I don't think this doctor ever sleeps (I'm serious). She truly loves animals and loves what she does; it is clearly evident. I've taken my Dachshund, Frankie, there a few times. He's always getting into trouble, eating something he shouldn't, etc. She hooks him up and her prices are rreasonable. I would never take my pet anywhere else. I'm very thankful for what she does.

My cat had to stay in intensive care for several days on two occasions towards the end of her life. I thought she was well cared for here. The doctor took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and to talk to me. During my cat's first stay her regular vet continued to urge me to euthanize her. I called Dr Jones for another opinion and while my cat's outcome was uncertain she indicated that I would be the best judge of my cat's ability to recover and how bad she was. The cat fully recovered and lived happily for another year which I was grateful for. I never returned to the vet that bordered on pressuring me to euthanize my kitty and after that I refused to take my cat to any other ER.
