OMG! What a wonderful place. My old vet practice got bought out by a group that is only interested in profit and animals are secondary. Drs. Sprouse & Alexander (haven't worked with the other vet) are simply marvelous. Dr. Alexander is thorough and very patient in explaining things to you. Dr. Sprouse really cares about the animals that come to her practice....its clear she is a vet for the love of animals not the love of money. Also the prices are way more reasonable than the other place. I have a drive to further but its worth it. also I love the Penasquitos Pet Club program (rebates for money spent!). The staff are so friendly too.

Penasquitos Pet Clinic has been providing excellent veterinary care and grooming services to my cat Raven for 4 years and I highly recommend them. The staff is very caring and helpful.

I have been using this facility for about 5 years. Dr's Sprouse and Kashani have given excellent care to my 3 Yorkies/Yorkie Mixes. They are always friendly, thorough and very caring. They take the time to fully explain their diagnosis and treatment options. The staff is also very friendly and always provide follow-up phone calls after a procedure. Penasquitos Pet Clinic is probably not the cheapest around, but, there is value built in to their pricing structure. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with the care of my 3 loving dogs.

My puppy Calie was only six weeks. She was "fixed" here at this office. They made sure her vitals and checked her throughout the time she was asleep for procedure. They kept her on proper "drips" throughout the surgery, where many places may charge you a cheaper fee but your dog will not get any extra care during the procedure. I am thankful for giving me piece of mind during that scary time. My son has his pal for a long time because of Penasquitos Pet Clinic.

We have been taking all of our animals to Dr Sprouse for years. The location is great,friendly service, extended hours make it very convenient,and she is very professional in dealing with our family.Our dog Molly is comfortable being left there for her bath,& nail trim.
