I found their website online of course, which advertises to save up to 70% off. Don't believe it. The advertised $40 per healthy indoor cat vaccinations, became $65 as soon as I got there. They claimed that the special price is only for Vetco clinics, not Vetco hospital. REALLY? **the web progression and deception starts when you search them and click on Vetco hospitals, the link takes you to several locations, I clicked on Clairmont, scrolled down and found the specials.....Only in clinics my #$#. They lie and know it. Their ad is a lie, and they know it. The also try to sell other services which are badly overpriced. Avoid this place at all costs. I wish I had. I will be sending screen shots of the misleading web information to my credit card company, along with a copy to the state attorney generals office for deceptive trade practices. Can you tell I am mad? The people that work there are nice. They are stuck in my opinion between a rock and a hard place.

Vetco hired a new doctor to manage the Clairemont hospital and the change is like night and day. It helps that the hospital itself was renovated. It feels a lot brighter and cleaner than before. Dr Park is very thorough and made sure we understood both our dog's condition and treatment options before moving on to other things.

We went today to have a small dog vaccinated and left very unhappy customers. The people who work here have no idea what customer service is and be careful as they try to up-sell you to squeeze every dime they can out of you. Being a young couple, we are trying to be responsible pet owners, but will not pay MORE than we would to our normal vet for TERRIBLE service. There is a curly headed woman, who claims to care about animals and is a vet tech at this animal hospital. Steer clear of her and at least the doctor who refused to treat our pet today. When we tried to get service at another location, she had called ahead and they denied us to vaccinate our pets at a mobile Vetco location. I will never go back to these awful people. I would rather have my pet suffer than be treated by these inhumane individuals. We do care about our pets and will be taking them back to another vet in Orange County who cares about our pets.

Very impersonal, very slow response in getting test results to the pet owner - never returns a call. Vet. lacks compassion for the pet or the owner. Strickly a business with these folks!

I wanted to take my cat here on 12/22 but was told they only accept appointments and did not have any openings until thursday....the website says no appointment is needed??
