I had to leave this vet and take my dog somewhere else because every time I called this place they put me on hold. I had an appointment and waited in the waiting room over an hour. The staff was slow and talked and ignored the customers. When you call and put you on hold they are not busy they are talking. The waiting area was dirty with pet hair. They say one price for something and keep adding on fees. I now take my dog to a very good vet in Poway.

I have been going to this vet for over 15 years. ABC is superior to most. It is a very clean establishment and great location. The quality of the care for your pets is off the charts. The prices are a little high however how can you put price on our four legged children. Again, "quality" so you get what you pay for! Dr. Martin and Lisa are truly an asset to this company and i highly recommend them.

I took my dog, Angel, to ABC Vet Hospital at the last minute on Saturday night. They took very good care of her, made us both feel at ease, gave me a comprehensive estimate, and a terrific cup of coffee. Even though they had to stay open an hour and a half late for me, they never made me feel as if my business was unwanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone. These people have heart.

They have always received loving, compassionate, professional, high quality care from the Doctors and Technicians. The front office staff are always friendly, compassionate and welcoming. Scheduling appointments to accommodate my schedule are always available from same-day to other. ABC San Marcos always meets our pets needs and mine, and is one of the best Veterinary Hospitals in North San Diego!

Dr.Kaplan is amazing! Patton loves her! She's extremely informative and obviously very skilled. The staff are warm and welcoming and the follow ups are persistent to make sure your pet is doing well after the visit. Patton always loves licking all the staff and is always excited when he's there.
