I've always been more than satisfied with the care all my pets have received at SRVH. Everyone is kind, caring & empathetic to my needs. I know that when I take my babies in they will be greeted like they're best buddies & treated as their own. Thank you! :)

I called on Saturday 3/15 after I noticed a lump on one of my Miniature Schnauzers while I was brushing him...instinctively I felt concerned and had a bad feeling about it. So I called our regular Vet, but they were too busy and were not very understanding with my concerns...at a friends recommendation I called San Ramon Veterinary Hospital and found them to be caring and sympathetic to my concerns. They were able to accommodate my last minuet call and set up an appointment with Dr. Goraya for Monday morning 3/17 for a complete exam, ultrasound, x-ray and blood tests. They kept me updated through out the day on my baby's progress and informed me of the tests that they were doing and told me he would be ready to be picked up around 6PM. I got there...met with Dr. G and went over the results...because of their through exam and tests they were able to determine that it was a major Tumor...and possibly Cancer and that they needed to do emergency surgery the following day! I was so upset and in shock about the news and Dr. G could not have been more honest, empathetic and kind to any hysterical woman. The surgery date was scheduled the day Dr. G was out of the office...however, for the surgery he came in and assisted with the surgical team just so we could have some peace of mind and he understood how important this was to my husband and I. The last two weeks have been the roughest for us and our little Dodger and the rest of our K-9 babies...luckily we have San Ramon Veterinary Hospital help guide us through the maze of treatments and Oncologists when battling cancer! AND Dr. Goraya has been one of the most amazing, knowledgeable, kind and caring Veterinarian I have met, and has my trust when it comes to the health and well being of all my Miniature Schnauzers, Chow-Shepard and Russian Blue cat!

Always good service and friendly. Seems expensive, but all pets are. Staff is helpful and great!
