In over 50 years of having animals this is by far the best & most compassionate veterinary clinic I have ever had the pleasure to find. The quality of care our cat Bam Bam received here from Dr. Pruitt was excellent in every way - from the thoroughness of the initial examination to the quality of care. The facility is clean & the gentle way our cat was treated put him immediately at ease. Animals know when they are loved & in a safe place. I cannot say enough good things about the Cat & Bird Clinic. I wish I had this level of medical care myself.

I've taken 2 cockatiels here for many years. Excellent merciful care from the basics to emergencies. Female cockatiel's life was saved here when she had egg-binding. Recommend highly.

I took my cat to other vets in town and they seemed to be just looking for money not really caring about what was wrong with him and trying to help figure it out. When I took him into the Cat and Bird clinic to see Dr. Sellers, I knew right away she was a true animal lover and thanks to her my cat has had his life extended and he is back to normal with the medications she ordered he could live another 5 years! The staff are all very professional and friendly and the atmostphere for cat and bird lovers is AWESOME!! They are the very best in Santa Barbara!

After 3 months, $4000.00 and seeing 13 vet dr's in santa barbara with NO DIAGNOSIS, i took my 7mth old kitten to Cat & Bird Clinic and saw Anya Hunter and Dr Christine Sellers. Within 40minutes they gave us a diagnosis of a deadly but curable parasite!!! I will never go anywhere else ever agin, the staff are kind friendly and care fro the welfare of your pet.
