We have nothing but praise for Dr. Massey and her staff! We've been a long-time customer and have always been pleased with her love and care of my babies. Like many of us, our pets are cherished family members. We have always relied on Dr. Massey's expertise and knowledge of the latest clinical trials, research, and treatment protocols for whatever ailments my babies may be afflicted with. She has gone overboard on so many occasions....often staying late to get our test results back to us. We were astonished to receive a phone call from her on a Sunday to review certain test results with us - something unheard of in this day and age. Actions speak louder than words. Need we say more? Dr. Massey is truly a dedicated, compassionate and caring vet, and that goes for her staff as well. She will call ME to get an update on my pet and will even call after office hours with lab results, etc. She truly goes above and beyond the call of duty.
