We almost gave up on this company. The main reason we haven't yet is that my friend's dog was seen by Dr. Vickers last week and she absolutely rocked! She prescribed the minimal amount of tests for the dog and followed up on him first thing in the morning the next day. Wow, she really, honestly cares about animal. This is a lot to be said since we think most all other vets & reception staff at Avenues are just "doing their job, take a number" type of customer service people. The only other great person there is the vet tech? who is Hawaiian. She's honestly caring too.
