We had been with Banfield for years and finally moved on to Avenues. What a difference! I love servies we receive there. They share my philosophy- no unnecessary meds or shots. They never try to sell you anything. The vet always follows up on tests and calls you as he promised. The reception is able to find all our info quickly when I call without being placed on hold for a long time. The place could have been upgraded a bit but this is not the most important part when it comes to vet care. Our vet is Dr.Schwock. We love him.
