I didn't know about being able to write a review or I would have written sooner, but about a year ago my parrotlet suddenly fell off his perch and was breathing shallow so I call this vet because they are only a few blocks from me. I asked if they treated birds and they said yes, but they were all booked up so I should go somewhere else. Even after I explained it was an emergency and that it would take too long to go an hour away to the bird hospital, they said "No, too busy" My bird died. I hate these people
