Very rude staff, espeically in my case when I was purchasing condoms. The staff tried to bring me back onto the path of Jesus at the register. This is completely unprofessional and I will not be going back.

The pharamcist is just one of a kind. He integrates a knowledge of contemporary state of the art pharmacology with a wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine. He understands psychopharmacology brilliantly. I am a physician and always thought myself to be # 1 in compounding. After meeting Sam I've got some doubts about it. Anyway, Bay area is blessed to have him and his pharmacy!

OK so I come from a long list of medical people in my family.. I just movedto SF from the So Bay and transferred my prescriptions to Rexall because it looked like there are some good reviews.. But I first got a call for me to call them back.. Then after being on hold for a while.. I called back and asked them to call me.. When the pharmacist called me back he sounded like he was 150 years old and couldnt understand what I was saying .. Told me he has a lot of stuff to do so he will call and let me know when the prescriptions would be ready sometime the nextday he would call didnt know when he would have it ready.. then he asked for my credit card up front.. very strange interaction.. and way of doing business at a pharmacy..

There are so few Compounding pharmacies anywhere in the U.S. - this Rexall is well placed (down the street from UCSF Hospital) and well staffed by knowledgable, calming, gentle people. Whether you need asprin, soda and chips, a regular prescriptions or a compounded one this Rexall is terrifi.

I have gone here a few times to pick up some over the counter medicine when I am feeling ill. They have great service there, and they can help you around the store. There is also tons of parking so you won't have to circle. They also sell different things in there so it's not just all drugs. Nice and good location.
