I have a pug who has ear and allergy problems. Being new to Long Beach, I had to find a new Vet. First I don't care for the way they handle the animals alone in the back room. I was use to my dog being taken care of with me in the same room. Doctor prescribed ear medicine, 3 antibiotics, ear cleaning solution and told me he would call back with test results. $500.00+. ok. Then I get the call 2 days later. Now he wants to prescribe a different ear cleaning solution, another kind of ear drops and more antibiotic for another whopping $500.00+. $1,000.00 worth of meds, 1 doc visit, tests and 1 ear cleaning. For a pugs ears. Love my pug!
