We have the highest praise and thanks to Dr. Ron and his staff for performing in home euthanasia for us yesterday, on no notice. We lost a 17 year old American Eskimo who had been with us since 1999 as an adoption. We did not want to transport the dog to our regular vet, and were referred to Dr. Ron's office by our vet. Dr. Ron's office staff were so very sympathetic and compassionate, and went above and beyond to arrange the house call. Dr. Ron was so professional in performing what turned out to be a challenging procedure given the dog's dehydrated state. We cannot thank Dr. Ron and his staff enough for helping us, on no notice, with this most difficult and painful task. Based on this single experience, Dr. Ron will always hold an honored place in our thoughts.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Ron's. We moved 50 miles away from Simi and still make the trip to make sure our furry kids receive the best care. Dr. Ron has come through for us many times. The last time was with our little "pound pup", Isaac. We didn't know he had heart failure when we adopted him, but Dr. Ron quickly diagnosed it. Thanks to Dr. Ron's life extending protocol, we were able to have 2 extra years with our boy. Thank God for the affordable, compassionate care we depend on from Dr. Ron's.

I paid for my cat to get spayed with shots and was told to come back in 2-3 weeks for the remainder of the shots, never being told that was going to be an additional cost. I never met the doctor, the services were performed and when I came to pick up my cat, she was brought out to me by one of the front desk clerks. I had to ask all questions and the front desk is very short and impersonal. Very unpleasant experience, and I will not return.

I wanted to give them 1 star but they deserve 2 and no more than that. They are purely a sales and profit orientated. No care for the animals only their wallets. I like one guy there with a foreign accent he is nice but everyone else does not give you the time of day to show they care. The least they could do is put a smile on but they treat me and my wife like dirt. I had to put a dog down and they sent me a a card in condolence of a dog that is still alive. Instead of the dog I was getting over loosing. They have gone down the toilet. save your time and your money and take your pets Somewhere where they will get the care they deserve as well as you get the respect you deserve.

To the next person who has to use this clinic, BEWARE! Despite the fact that your pet is moribund or in anguish, you ain't getting past the front desk without signing financials. You will have three financial option boxes to choose from. You best chose quick. Despite the fact you might be panicked and despite the real fact your pet is stressed, panicked or in the final throes of dying, the front desk clerk will make damn sure the money is attended to. To that end, my pet was too severally injured to treat, so the doctor did the right thing. The front desk staff, in this case, was so classless, that I am willing to pay Dr. Ron the clerk's annual salary to fire her, so you won't have to deal with her in your crisis. Mind you, we have been to this clinic before and never not footed the bill. So when the real time came to show some compassion, Dr Ron trained his staff well enough to make sure they got the money all taken care of first and got those option boxes checked. To that end, readers, Dr Ron has an excellent financial security team. If you are in a traumatic situation, do not use this facility. If you are looking for a financial czarina, recruit her from good Ol' Dr Ron's. She knows who she is.
