Our German Shepherd had to have emergency surgery and the staff was fantastic. They were calm and supportive and told me what was happening the entire time. Also, we were very surprised with how inexpensive it was. I thought it was going to be at least double what I actually paid. Our boy recovered well and they were great with him.

So I Had Gone Like 3 Years Ago And They Were Super Polite They Gave Me All The Information I Needed To Know. And They Were Just great. I Have 2 New Puppies I Went To get The There Shots The People At the Front Were Not That Polite. They Didn't Tell me What Shots They Got Or What they Needed. At The End I Payed They Gave Me A Paper That Said What Shots They Got. I Reviewed it And Called To Ask About Them they Had Attitude And Were No Help At All Really Mean So i Decided Not To Return. My Puppy Needed A Check Up For A Few Symptoms So I Called And They Were Somewhat Helping But Not Really They Were Super Rude And I Will Never Return. I Called Sierra vet They Were Super Nice

I left our Chihuahua in their care the Thanksgiving week of 2008 and I highly recommend them for boarding. They took great care of Bruno and the staff shows they love animals! What we liked best is that we could check him out during the day, he stayed with us and before 5pm we brought him back. Great kennel!
