My cat Scottie was being treated at Banfield, and he died almost three weeks ago. Today I received a mailer from them that says in bold letters, "Long Live Scottie!" Really? Those words? I'm already sad that he's gone, and now I'm angry that they can't even make a note the cat is dead. A normal, competent pet hospital would have at least updated their records to reflect the cat died and not send a new ad. Don't take your pet there. Go to a local veterinarian who will give your pet the personal attention he deserves instead of being so busy running a business that they can't even keep track when an animal dies.
