I have been taking my blue front amazon for 10 years now. They trim his beck, feathers, nails and his yearly check up. They do a great job. I have boarded him there a couple of time and they took care of him really well. I use to take him to the vet just a mile away but very time he came home from there he was in shock. It took him a couple of days to come back to normal. I found " All About Pets" by asking other vets who handles and care for parrots. They all recommend Doctor Freeman and ever since then I've always gone there. Thank you doctor Freeman and staff.

DON'T GO HERE!!! I brought my guinea pig in after he'd been taken by a dog and stopped eating. After checking him over the doctor said he looked fine and to feed him by hand with some food they sold there. Well my piggy got worse so I did some research on the Internet and discovered that if a guinea pig gets any kind of puncture wound from a dog he can easily get a bacterial infection, so I checked him over and found a puncture wound in his side. Unfortunately that very night my guinea pig died. I called the office and was told I had to speak to Jennifer, the office manager. She was very hard to get a hold of but finally I was able to speak with her. I feel that I was due a refund of what I paid, due to the fact that the doctor neglected to even look for a puncture would - would quite possibly could have made the difference between life and death for my poor piggy. She was very rude and insulting. She told me Dr. Freeman would call me back tomorrow and actually hung up the phone on me! He seemed to be a very nice person, but I don't think he should agree to see guinea pigs if he does not have expertise in that area. I will let you know if he does call me back tomorrow.

I have brought my dog and cats to this place for many years and every time I have received great service. The employees are all extremely friendly and are knowledgeable. Although admittedly their services are a little pricey but i think you pay a premium for great care. Dr. Freeman was the only vet that my dog was ever really comfortable around which made visits much easier. Their grooming services are also very good, pricing is about right and "misty" the groomer always does a great job. After having examined the boarding conditions at All About Pets i would gladly recommend them. The cages seemed a little cold but clients are allowed to bring in blankets toys etc.. making them more hospitable. I regret not boarding my cats there on vacation instead opting to go the cheap route at the gestapo they call American Animal Hospital located on Fremont blvd. My cat is now sick and is being treated by the folks at all about pets and since the treatment has started the inflammation has gone down considerably with follow up visits, which were free. The staff was as always extremely understanding and compassionate. Bottom line is if i could give them 6 stars, I would

Not commenting on the care but if you are going here to buy Harrison's bird foods, they are very overpriced here, many times they're more expensive than just buying them directly from the Harrison's site, even including shipping. HBD was over $13 less expensive than AAP when buying two 1-lb and one 5-lb bags, including shipping.

All About pets employees are all compassionate and knowledgeable. You definitely pay a premium for quality care. Why drive a Hyundai when you can get a BMW for a little more, that is why I use All About Pets.
