I had been going here for 26 years and LOVED Dr. Barnes!! After he left I noticed all his staff slowly left and the service suffered. I no longer go there because I believe money has become more important to them than the animals.

I moved to Vacaville in 1977 and Animal Care Center are the only People I've let care for my small furry loved ones. They've been great, family! ( I'd give them 5* but nothing, noone is perfect, although they come close)

Follow up and rerated from 2 to 5. Received phone call from Manager with concerns over not being happy. Today, Vet clarified and answered hubby's questions regarding doggie's teeth. Now we know what to do in order to move forward with our dog's dental concerns & care. Also reviewed vet's pamphlets of information for proper care of dog teeth and wellness dog insurance. Thanks, we appreciate this.

We love, love, love the care our animals have received. A referral from a friend introduced us to you....and the compassion and professionalism that we saw when Dr. Thompson told us our guinea pig was terminally ill made a sad situation bearable. At that time, we decided that when we got a dog, this would be the vet center. Thanks to Dr. Behnke, our senior beagle (we got her late in her life) gets excellent care in a wonderful family-like facility. It is so wonderful to find such a loving environment with people who love our animals and understand our love for them.

We have been taking our dogs and cats to Dr. Barnes for over 10 years. Northing but the best care and advice. Even a few times, when the visit wasn't needed, he waved the fee. The staff is fantastic. Dr. Barnes only works a few days a week, but when we need to see him, he makes time for us, and then calls us to make sure that Lola, Stomy, Ozzie and Harry are doing fine.
