I always have a pet hamster in my life. They mean very much to me. I had a sick hammy that I took into be seen at Cinema Vet Centre a few years ago. I have nothing but beautiful things to say about this place! All the staff & doctors were/are so kind & understanding. Patient & gentle, very loving! They listen to you & they all care about how the animal is feeling as well as the parents. I have continued to come back to this welcoming Vet Centre over the years when one of my babies needs to be seen. They work with you on all aspects & answer all questions you may have. I am so relieved they are here for my hammies! There aren't many small animal vets near me & thank the fuzzy Gods that these amazing people are here to help. I love you guys xox

BEST PEOPLE EVER!!! We had a major scare with our bunny and came running in like crazy people. They were sooooo gentle with both the bunny and us!!! I wish they took care of people!!!! BTW: The bunny was fine!! Update: Our rascally rabbit will not allow us to trim his nails. After an attempt which resulted in blood loss (his), Cinema Vets not only advised us by phone on how to stop the bleeding, they trimmed his nails for us for less than $10!!! AMAZING FOLKS!!!!

Would not go back to this Vet. Bad service, poor record keeping. Vaccination records were not correct. Lack of concern
