i bought a 3 month jack russell from the county shelter just over a week ago and he was outsourced here to be neutered. When i came to pick him up last friday they were very informative about how to take care of him. Since then Jacoby has ripped open his stitches twice, so of course i have had to return twice. Both times were no charge except for some antiboitics for and infect he got at the source and they were always very helpful over the phone, wait was less than 5 minutes, and all of the staff were very personal with me and my pup. Highly recommended, very caring and helpful.
