Tri-city vet provides exceptional care for a reasonable cost. My dogs have been going to Dr Porte for 15 years. Dr Porte and Dr Pandi are excellent, knowledgeable, and compassionate doctors. They take their time to explain everything and never make you feel rushed. They entire office staff is wonderful. I highly recommend them.

On my first trip my cattle dog Eli had a type of Lupus. 3 other vets wanted to charge me over $600 alone for lab work with no guarantee of a result. Dr Porte spent more time visually inspecting the scabs than any other doctor. He felt he knew the cause of the growth and suggested a treatment, qualifying his opinion so I completely understood why he was treating Eli in the manner he prescribed. Next was a car accident which allowed me to experience a comforting Dr Porte, assuring me of the expected recovery. Dr Porte and Dr Pandi are simply the most caring veterinarians I have ever had the experience of dealing with. This is not a job for them, they truly love animals. Its rare to find this kind of quality care today at such fair prices.

Today was the first time I'd ever been here, or even in that shopping center at all. My sister and I (and two very close friends) took our beloved dog, Suki, in this evening to be put to sleep. The receptionist (Diane) was very nice to my sister on the phone which is always nice, but especially in cases like this. Both the vet and the vet tech were awesome. They even sat on the floor with my sister and Suki during the process and he (vet) was very nice about explaining what was going on during the process. I'm pretty sure that without the great people here today would have been even more difficult than it already is. A+, two thumbs up and 5 stars.
