I was worried coming here with the reviews but I went anyway. This place was clean and the staff super friendly!! First I was greeted by the receptionist Heather who was very nice and professional. My pups nurse was Lori and she was the sweetest caring girl I've ever met! The best part is that it seemed genuine. Upon leaving I talked to Brandi (the hospital manager) she was so nice and informative, super friendly. I'm really glad I didn't listen to the reviews because I've found my new vet! :D

Great place with great service and team members. They treat your pet very well and are open every day of the week.

Good Service. I went in, filled in paperwork (since i was a new customer) and was in and out without the hr for an examination of my pup. The receptionist was nice and asked what i came in for, the vets assistant attended my dog well and the Vet Doctor was very nice. The price there was reasonable (about the same as others) and my dog went home a happy camper. There was no extra/hidden fees and i will return for my dogs shots.

I boarded my two dogs here for four nights and left their bed for them. When I got it back it was soaked in urine. Dogs have never urinated on their bed before! When I got home and let them outside they went to the bathroom excessively as though they had not been out in quite some time. Both also were jumping at me while I filled up their water bowl and sat there and drank for a while. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS KENNEL TO ANYONE!!

I live in the Bay Area and will be camping along the Yuba River in a few weeks along with our two dogs. I called the Yuba-Sutter Vet after finding their info from a quick google search. I was very impressed with their friendly and knowledgeable phone service. on an early Sunday morning, I was given great advice for safety tips for camping with canines in this area.The receptionist even took time to ask the doctor questions to further help me prepare for my pets safety. And, all this without even visiting or planning to visit the vet, I recommend locals take their pets to this veterinary hospital.
