I've been seeing Dr. Lyndsey Larson for years, and followed her out to Arvada Flats when she began working there, even though it was 15 min further away than where I had been going. I really like the warm and friendly environment at Arvada Flats (a big difference from my prior clinic!) and I feel good knowing that my pets are in the care of an extremely smart, thorough and caring doctor who is willing to go above and beyond. (I also had a very positive experience with Dr. Kelly Best on a day when Dr. Larson was unavailable.) Thumbs up from me.

We would like to thank Jessica and Joann for always making us feel so welcome and comfortable for Roxy's appointments. They do their best to fit her into the schedule and always take time on the phone to answer our questions. Becky, Marci, Jane and Lexie take care of her just like she belongs to them. They are so gentle and caring, yet efficient, and Roxy loves to reward them with kisses. She has to get hydrated once a week and they make the experience as pleasant as possible. We could never have brought her back to good health without them, and we want them and Dr. Bassett to know how much we appreciate Arvada Flats Veterinary Hospital staff. I took my cat here a couple years ago when she was sick and the vet was amazing. We recently took the cats in for check-ups and shots and the vet was HORRIBLE. She couldn't even figure out what year a 10 year old cat would have been born! My cat hated her to the point of having to be left there because she was so upset we couldn't get her back in the carrier... to which they said they had a broom they could use to move her... seriously?!?! Thanks for abusing my cat, she was terrified for days after I got her home.

I have taken my cat to Arvada Flats since I got her 4 years ago. They took great care of her when I originally brought her home with a terrible infection, down to the most recent wellness visits. All staff members have been friendly and helpful for all of my needs. Highly recommended!

All of the veterinarians are outstanding, and Dr. Kelly Best truly emobodies her name, while the others are there to help whenever we need, so it is a seamless and coordinated assembly of medical experts. We have been blessed with them helping with the care of our senior-age dogs, from everything from arthritic care, to a highly successful critical care where they assessed what needed to be done quickly, and referred us to the right emergency care unit. They are always full of information and new care procedures, and understand that our dogs are important members of our families.
