I can not even begin to tell you how amazing this Clinic is..... I will not go into to much detail except to tell you that my dog had a VERY complicated skin cancer. Dr.Russ, Dr. Sarah and the whole team have been like family to our family they really love what they do.. During this very long process they have been truthful,caring and understanding. Our dog is doing much better...I'm sure that would not be the case if I would have taken her somewhere else. They really do understand how important your pet is to you. I love them!

Have been clients of JAC for since 1969, and enjoyed excellent, knowledgeable, and compassionate care for our pets through the years. Drs. Russ and Renee are the best!! The staff is friendly, considerate and kind.

The care itself was fairly good. Admittedly I don't have much to compare to but the vet seemed to be fairly knowledgeable. Although I am uncomfortable with the fact that my dog was prescribed the same treatment that didn't work last time but for a slightly longer duration. I'll hope that the longer duration does it and edit my review if it does all work out. But the both visits we've had there was an extremely long wait. I'm familiar with long waits as I work at a doctors office, but we don't keep our patients waiting past 30 minutes if even that. The first was a little over an hour and the second was about 45 minutes. And then after the vet saw us it still took awhile to get treatment or for the vet assistant to come around. I'm not inclined to go back as I can't afford to stay at the vet for 3 hours.

$19.50 for a nail clipping? I was told it was $8 when we first came in but it was complementary with my dog's vet appt. For $18 Petsmart will clip, file, and ear cleaning. The receptionist, for the third time, couldn't keep track of what she was saying and this time when I questioned the high expense for nail clipping she hung up on me. Last time we were there, an a aggressive dog was in the lobby by the door and no one did anything about it. The vets and techs are nice, but these issues are not professional and I wouldn't want to be there for an emergency.

My dogs have been patients at Jefferson Animal Clinic for almost 6 years, and our experience has always been wonderful. Everyone at the clinic knows us by name and is so sweet and caring toward my dogs. I even received get well cards from the staff after I had surgery a couple of years ago! Such great people who really care about animals and their people. They take time to diagnose and come up with treatment options and plans that are always workable. We always get follow-up calls after every visit. I recommend Jefferson Animcal Clinic to everyone I know.
