the owner is rude and not pleasant to be around. Her snippy remarks every time i asked a question to try to understand things she was explaining made me feel like i was scum on the bottom of her shoe. If she can treat a pet owner this way what happens to my baby when they take them to the back room? Do not go there

Although I got unfortunate news about my guinea pigs teeth, it was great to see such knowledgeable professionals take care of my guinea pig and really know the optimal health of guinea pigs. The entire staff was very friendly and professional and all were very reassuring to my guinea pig by talking to him and letting him know everything was okay. I now have my go-to place for anything my guinea pig needs. Only downside is the dental, which they don't do for guinea pigs.

Even though we received bad news from Pets Vet the workers there were very professional and considerate. I would recommend this vet to anyone who enjoys straight forward and honest advice. The workers all were extremely knowledgeable as well. They truly care about the pets, they do not see them as a paycheck but as a life.

GREAT VET! The doctor, Dr. Hennessey, was great with my hamster! She held him, watched him walk, and administer fluids. He is much more peppy afterwards. He may not survive the infamous "wet tail", but she did EVERYTHING she could and was so nice. I would love to bring my dogs to her for now on. And the cost wasn't near what I thought it would be. Very reasonable. Both Dr, Hennessey and Deurksen (sorry if I spelled it wrong) have taken excellent care of my guinea pig, Gigabyte. They call me to see how he's doing and help me find resources when money is tight. And, I think my guinea pig actually LIKES going to the vet. He snuggles up to everyone there. I have never been to a better vet in all my years rescuing small animals. Don't overlook this caring and compassionate clinic!

I have been to many vets seeing as we move so much but this is my home vet and the only place that I have fully entrusted with my dogs. I had to have something done for my dog in CA and it cost 3x what I would have paid here at home. Its fantastic care from a couple of wonderful doctors and some geat techs and receptionists! (penny) I have sent every one I know here and they all adore them as well!
