My dog had been up all night and was very sick. I had just recently rescued him so he was not an established patient at Aurora Hills Animal Hospital. I called the hospital asking if I could drop him off and let one of the doctors take a look at him at their convenience just so he could get treated and since I had class to go to at 9 am. The receptionist was extremely rude and told me there would be a 55 dollar exam fee and an 18 dollar hospitalization fee, which I was willing to pay just so my dog would start feeling better. She then told me she would "look at the schedule" (which I can guarantee she DID NOT) and then told me, "The soonest we could see you would be at 9 am... So I guess this isn't gonna work out!" I have worked in the veterinary field for 2 years. If I did anything like that or refused new clients that are WILLING TO PAY AND WANT TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR PETS, I would have been reprimanded. The staff here does not care to build relationships with new clients. I will take my dog and my business elsewhere.

Aurora Hills is wonderful comprehensive veterinarian practice that is dedicated to providing the best care at affordable rates. They literally saved my dogs life. The care they give and time they spend is truly remarkable.

Aurora Hills Animal Hospital was recommended by a friend. I am so glad we went to them. My kitty has struggled with a weight problem since he was 1 year old. I followed Dr. Reilly’s feeding plan and listened to what she said. Finally my sweet boy is slim, active and healthy. Would highly recommend this animal hospital!

I took my cat Kendall in to Aurora Hills Animal Hospital a few months ago to get him checked out and up to date on his vaccines, the staff there was absolutely wonderful and were able to answer all my questions. I found out he was a slight bit overweight and that his mouth stank was due to dental disease. I was shown a good food to help him loose weight and we set up a time to clean his teeth. Since then he has been in for his cleaning and is already loosing weight and now his breath smells great, it seems to have even perked him up a bit. Me and Kendall have found our vet out here in Colorado!

If you want a vet who truly cares about you and your pet, then Dr. Reilly and her staff are the place to go! My cat was losing weight and not eating. They took the time to talk to me about every test and what we would learn. It turns out that Maddie had an intestinal blockage. Dr. Reilly did surgery the day the blockage was found and within a few days Maddie was back to her crazy self! The whole staff took care of Maddie (and me) before, during, and after surgery. They even called to check on her and to make sure I was doing OK too! This place can't be topped!!!
