This is the worst vet clinic I've ever been to. DO NOT sign up for their wellness plan. It is a rip off and if you ever cancel they will screw you and make you pay for the remainder for that year. Their doctors made huge mistakes with my dog and even had the wrong name on the collar when I picked him up. You will never see the same vet or staff there. Their office manager is WEAK at best. I would never use them. BE AWARE!

I have the Wellness plan for my dogs. It seems fine if you are scheduling the preventive exam but watch out if you pet is sick. You cannot get in to see a vet or your appointment gets cancelled. They will refer you to another Banfield. This the third time I have tried to get my sick dog in to see the vet and they call me back an hour before my appointment to tell me that they cannot see me. I voiced my concerns regarding the Wellness Plan which offers the free visits and their response -'Would you like the number to cancel the plan?'. What kind of service is that? I know there is a list of animals being seen today at this Banfield for their Wellness check but if you have a sick animal who has this Wellness Plan you better be prepared to send your dog to another vet!

Under new management can not rate properly at this time but up until now very disappointed; I have met new Dr in charge and am happy so far. But prior to my last Visit this particular Banfields staff was mostly incompetent! My dog received vaccines he already had and then was given another on different visit both times I was not told didn't know until after. Really give my dog double vaccines if not under new owner would not go back.

Couple of Aurora staff people were rude, not friendly and unprofessional. I am never taking my puppy there.

Prepare to sold something from everyone. More drugs, services, plans etc. I was disgusted.
