My regular vet requested that I get a second opinion on a health issue my cat was having. My vet was very "doom and gloom" saying my cat definitely needed surgery, and had me very stressed out. I called and spoke with Dr. Shekarchian and had an appointment to meet with him the next day. He took the time to explain (in detail) all the possible outcomes with my cat's potential issue, and ran some diagnostics. In the end, he found that my regular vet was wrong and my cat was perfectly healthy. This put me at great ease! I see some other reviewers have said that they have been "nickel and dimed" here, but I found their prices right in line (if not cheaper) with other vets in the area (I called several vets about this issue). I wish Happy Tails was a little closer to my home so that I could completely switch over to Dr. Shekarchian, but if my cats have another medical issue in the future, I will not hesitate to contact him again!

I used them for years. I love the vet. However they charged me for everything. When I moved vets I realized I was being ripped off. My pet care is worth a lot to me. But up charges on everything. Medicine, visits etc. They rip you off. Really sad because I do like it.

Dr, Brown was very helpful and kind with our cat. She saw us last minute because he was sick. she and her staff were very helpful and caring. The hospital itself was clean and good looking.

I started taking my two senior cats to Happy Tails Pet Hospital when I moved to the area two years ago. The office is very nice and clean and the staff are outstanding!! Dr. Shekarchian and Dr. Brown have both provided my cats with the best of care. I highly recommend them to anyone. By far the best veterinary services my pets have ever received.

My dog gets good care, BUT they keep trying to sell everyone into a care plane or biannual exams. Every time I go there it seems to be sell sell sell.
