I'm thinking the person who gave this place one star is confused and went somewhere else. This place is fantastic. It's like a flashback into a time when vets developed personal relationships with their clients, both the pet and the owner. I've never had anything but the absolute best of service here, and I've always felt that they put my pet's well-being above their profit margin every time. Highly recommended.

Everytime i have been here my appointments are always on schedule and prompt. Staff is always friendly and helpful. You can tell they love animals and what they do. They make you feel comfortable and welcome. The overall atmosphere is a positive one

I've taken my dog Shadow to Dr. Ralston for 4 years. He is the kindest vet I've ever come across. The entire staff at Mission Viejo are wonderful, caring people. Shadow loves them and loves Dr. Ralston. I can't imagine taking her anywhere else.

Love this place! I recently moved to Cherry Creek, but I still drive to go see them. I have never had anything but professional, quick, and caring service. A+
