This vet is great! My dogs seem to always have something wrong with them, and in the last few months we have been in multiple times for multiple reasons. They are always able to get me an appointment when I need it, and I have never had to wait once I arrive to my appointment. Everyone is super friendly and treats my dogs great. I would highly recommend them to anyone

I got my second cat from the Dumb Friends League and little did I know he had an eye infection and an upper respiratory infection. I brought him to the Dumb Friends League because I didn't want to pay for everything since they told me he wasn't sick in the first place. After two visits and the same antibiotics, I decided to suck it up and pay Special Friends to check him out. He started getting better that same night because they prescribed him the medicine he needed. I love Special Friends. Both of my cats go to see them for their annual visits or if they are sick. I think their customer service is great. They are always willing to work around my busy schedule and even my cats like the vets there. They are always so gentle when working with them. This place just wants your money. I brought my dog in for a simple ear infection, three weeks after having her on medicine her infection is ten times worse. I called to bring her back in and they refused to see her, they instead gave me different medicine. My dogs entire ear is blistered now and this place won't even look at it without me paying another exam fee. Terrible doctors, terrible customer service.

I have been going to Special Friends for over 14 yrs and 3 dogs now. Excellent, professional and compassionate people. I would highly recommend Dr Woltman and Dr Kish.

I have taken my dogs here for the last two years but recently I have decided to leave because of their very poor customer service. I have been trying to call the clinic for 3 days and the phone just rings, and rings with no one to answere and no answering maching. Come on!!!!! really???? it is 2012 and you do not have an answering service??? I even went on the website to try to contact them by email. They have you register and then tell you that you will have an account set in in 24 hours. It has been 48 hours and I still do not have an account set up to even contact the clinic through their web site. Instead of spending lots of money on a web page why don't you spend some money on hiring decent people that can answer the phone.
