Great late-night emergency care. Super friendly staff, intake was quick and painless, and the vet immediately came out and spent 15mins with us reviewing our pup's history and course of action. Most emergency places barely say a word to you, only give the most expensive option and then leave you hanging with a giant bill. But even the prices at Alpenglow were incredibly reasonable. Highly recommend if you are in the unfortunate situation of needing emergency care for your pet after hours.
We had an injured puppy. The care, caring, and customer relations were wonderful. Our little Coal got personalized attention and love. From helping our boy get better to simple billing, far superior to the hospital emergency room. Great communication and genuine dedication to veterinary medicine. Thanks again for getting Coal back on his feet: he's a big, strong, healthy, vigorous full-grown dog. Urgent Care on Alpine was also an immense help the first night.
Our dog received a puncture wound running around in the woods one weekend; our vet was closed but recommended Alpenglow if we ever needed after hours assistance. We went in and were promptly and very kindly greeted and processed so the dog could be seen and treated. They were really great with him and provided good care for him. He's all better now and happy as ever! We keep the clinic's number in our phones and on the frig at the house, just in case. Would definitely recommend.
Our guinea pig was gravely sick & the only clinic open & able to see him was Alpenglow Emergency Center. They were very quick to get him back & put him under heat lamps to get him warm & more comfortable. The whole time they referred to him by his name, Bubbles. They were able to give me proceeding options for his care. Unfortunately, he did eventually die over night at home :( He was just too sick to save. The clinic cared enough to make a followup call the next day to check on him.
My 11yr old Siberian husky had the unfortunate accident of tearing her ACL. She had been in such great health otherwise so I wanted the ACL repaired. My vet recommended Alpenglow for the surgery and care. What a wonderful experience! The doctors and staff took very good care of her. They constantly communicated to me about the process and future care. While she was in surgery they noticed a small benign lump on her leg which they successfully removed as well. She is like a new adult dog now and goes on regular 5 mile hikes with me! I am so glad we found Alpenglow and we highly recommend it for safe care and specialty care of your pet! John B
