The Animal Doctor has definitely been upgraded to a high level. They now have the first boarded Rabbit, Avian, Reptile & Exotic Vet in Colorado other than CSU. Plus they have a new Rabbit Vet that has been OK ed by the Rabbit House Society and has been doing rabbits and Petco in Northern Colorado. There staff and comfort and knowledge are now the best in Colorado. I guarantee that you will be impressed like me!

This is the place where we take our two bunnies. Dr. Guerrera came highly recommended by the Colorado Rabbit Society, and we've had very positive experiences with him and with his assistant. A rabbit is considered an "exotic" pet (i.e. it's not a cat or a dog) so not all vets are up to date on how to properly treat them. Our bunnies may may not be thrilled with the vet visits in general, but they are treated very well there. So far we've had regular checkups (and nail trim), ran an intestinal cultures test because the girl was loosing weight, and had the boy neutered there.

Their prices are sky high. And they injured my guinea pig while examining him and he died a few days later of septic shock. I'll never go here again, I will always go to my normal vet for now on. Thanks for nothing, you POS quacks!
