Have been taking both my dogs here since they were puppies. Both neuters included pain and anti inflammation medications to take home. The price quote for both were accurate and I was happy that I was able to keep my dogs comfortable at home with the medications. Yes it's about $200 with each normal visit but I'm okay with paying a little extra for quality care.
I was concerned my dog was dying and I called them on my way to their office and they got me in right away. The vet was very helpful in taking care of our dog and answering all of our questions during a very emotional time.
Amazing Veterniarian and Staff. Dr. Bartling and her staff truly have a gift when it comes to working with dogs. They always go the extra mile. Facility is clean and professional.
We took our two dogs to this animal hospital on several occasions. The first few times we were not overly impressed, but we they did get the dogs better for their runny stool so that was a positive. The next few times we brought them in for the same issue and it was all within a 4 month period. Even though they had been in recently and for a non-traumatic gastrointestinal issue, they still do a $50 "Wellness exam" on every visit regardless of anything. Not a focused, location oriented one for less money. This would have okay if we had not been in in over a year or it was a new condition. Also, on our next few visits there started to be extra charges. On one occasion of loose stool we got our dog in the day after it started and they "insisted" giving her fluids but did not explain that it was an expensive shot and they gave her doggy pepto to settle her stomach. Why on every other occasion did we get the necessary antibiotic and no unnecessary ancillary treatments? You can go be your own judge, but we cannot afford over $200 every visit, especially if it was a similar problem that was helped previously by a standard antibiotic treatment with no expensive add-ons and extras. We would have liked to hear more options for care started with basic and working up to a more comprehensive solution. A vet should lay the choice in the owner's hands if they want satisfied customers.
Excellent staff and service!
