We love the vet, Lisa, she is kind and gentle with the dogs. But her front desk staff are rude and unfriendly all the time. Its a hassle to get an appointment and they treat you like youre interrupting something far more important when you're concerned for your dogs health. We had taken four dogs here and are moving them all to another Vet Hospital. The lack of respect on their part in regards to pet owners and their dogs is inexcusable.
