DO NOT COME HERE. MY DOG WAS BRUTALLY ATTACKED! My dog was attacked by another dog! I was not contacted nor was it treated! When we confronted them about it they sent us to the onsite vet who said he had never seen him nor treated him and he was EXTREMELY concerned about his wounds! The staff tried playing the blame game and making excuses that were obviously bull. We were told that the owner would contact us that night and he never did. The wounds were scabbed and discolored which showed signs of how long ago it happened. We are still fighting the infection he has

Easy to get an appointment with the vet. Thorough and nice. Glad he could test my dog's urine onsite and not have to wait for lab results.

We've taken our 2 dogs to be boarded at Academy Acres three different times. Each time they have come home dirty and smelly. Our yellow lab has a very white coat and she has come home looking light brown with what has looked like matted dog poop on her. I'm now looking for a different place to board them this summer.

We left four dogs and when we picked them up we heard one of the workers telling at a dog (not sure if it was our dog) and our dogs came out soaked.once we got them in the car we knew right away it was urine. ALL OF OUR DOGS WERE COMPLETELY SOAKED IN URINE! To to it of one of our dogs was on medication and we left enough pills for their stay but the gave us leftover pills. It turns out they only have our dogs one pill out of ten! Avoid at all costs if you care about your dogs.

I'm so saddened that others haven't had the wonderful experience we've had with this kennel. We've boarded our family dog there many times over the past 4 years and we have never had anything but a positive experience. The staff is friendly to me, my husband, my daughter, and of course our 6 year old Goldendoodle. We have had her groomed and they do a perfectly good job. She always gets play time each day during her stay and she comes back a happy, clean, healthy dog. We initially chose this kennel because of location but we continue to use them because they treat our dog so well. Our family highly recommends them!
