I'm not one to post comments about an organization but in this case I had to. I ADORE THEM!! We adopted a kitten and brought her to Aurora Animal Hospital for her first visit/vaccinations last week. I had mentioned when I made the appointment that my 9 year old daughter was the "owner" of the kitten. Every person (Doctor, Nurse, Vet Tech, etc.) who came into the room introduced themselves to my daughter first. They sat on the floor with the kitten and my daughter for the appointment and helped her listen to her kitten's heartbeat. They really focused on helping my daughter be the best owner possible. The experience was so positive that my daughter wants to be a vet when she grows up. If that wasn't enough, they were SURPRISINGLY affordable in comparison to our last vet. I am thrilled to have found such a great doctor for our new kitten.

FINALLY!!!! After 7 Vets in 2 years I found a VET that truly cares! I saw Dr. Tanya Strickland...she was truly caring! I won't say good things UNLESS I mean i, from what I have been through. She took the time to explain everything I asked and they didn't overcharge me for stuff I didn't need. I am so releived that I finally have found a VET I can feel comfit with. The staff was really SUPER nice too! I was able to get in the same day as it was urgent my dog is older and was suffering from ear infection and 2 cysts that had broken open on his neck. I am so satisfied, I am over the moon!!! My dog didn't get stressed out like he normally does. The vet came in with a piece of cheese (which) he loves and from then on it was much easier!!! I can't that you enough and I wish I could give you a MILLION STARS!!!!!

By far the worst vet in the state. One of our dogs passed away, we payed to have a private cremation done. Because of a "mis-communication" this did not happen. We had issues with wait times while in a exam room, medications were never filled when they said they would be. If you need them to do something, better be ready to call several times! Do not use this vet!

Aurora Animal Hospital has always been great, they really care! Last week I had to say goodbye to my special kitty Dinah who was 17 years old. It was a very difficult and heartbreaking decision to put her to sleep, but they helped me get through it. They even sent me a beautiful sympathy card with very kind words from everyone in the office! I really appreciate them!

Our shelter love the folks at Aurora Animal Hospital...they care and take good care of our guinea pigs when we bring them it to be seen! We have used them for years!
