I called Dr Cahill desperate for mobile vet service because my "regular" mobile vet in my area was out of town, I found my 13 yr old shepherd mix in distress and completely blind last month after coming home from work and had to make the heart wrenching decision to let her go, but could not/would not wait and was not going to try and drag her to a vet's office. Dr Cahill drove through rush hour traffic clear to the other end of town to end my dog's suffering and distress. He was empathetic, gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye and I was able to let my dog go holding her and comforting her in her own surroundings.
