They take excellent care of my dog. I know that she is safe with the staff here. She really loves it here!

I have been taking my dog there for about six years now and my dog loves it! The staff is great and friendly. It is a very large place for big and small dogs to run and play with lots of supervision. My dog has NEVER gotten been sick or hurt there. They even have training, grooming, swimming and the vet clinic is next door. THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN DENVER!!! LOVE IT!!

SCAM. These guys require obscure and unnecessary vaccines when accepting dogs for boarding. We made a reservation for our dog and had our vet update all of her shots before leaving for our trip. We were then told that we need Canine Influenza---a new vaccine that is neither required by our vet nor even carried at their clinic. Well, good thing Animal Lodge is associated with VCA Animal hospital right? Now when we arrive we have to pay for the vaccines $21 plus a mandatory exam $50. They just increased their sale by $71! Think this is a one time occurrence? My sister-in-law had the exact same experience when she boarded here 2 greyhounds at Animal Lodge. Try this trick on every client and they make bank in extra fees. Oh---and our vet said the vaccine takes a week to take hold anyway-- so giving the vaccines at the door does no good to protect the other dogs…just another way to make a buck.
