From the blaring country music in the lobby to their high priced Macintosh's in each office, I disliked the experience. Then, the doctor tried to guilt me into a high priced care plan. I found another vet who fixed a broken toe for 1/5th the cost of Bear Valley. Bear Valley wanted to amputate, the new Vet simply set the dislocated toe and put on a brace in less than an hour.

These Vets do NOT care about your pets. I took my dog there to get her nails trimmed, she's 12 years old. They cut all of them wait to short and now she can't walk at all. My 3 year old cat came home with an infection in her eye that she didn't go there with. Don't leave your pets with these ppeople they CANT be trusted

Both Dr. Stevenson and Dr. Cole are fantastic veterinarians and truly care for and about your pet. The staff is wonderful, helpful, and kind - never wasting a second to attend to you and make sure your pet is happy and healthy! It doesn't hurt that they are all super cute! The doctors take every precaution to make sure your pet is receiving the best care & check all potential issues before putting them under anesthesia. They even have a cat-friendly exam room and take precautions to make sure your cat won't be encountering lots of dogs during their visit. I totally trust the doctors with my pets and I would recommend Bear Valley to any cat or dog owner in the Denver/Lakewood area.

The doctors and staff at Bear Valley are wonderful. They always welcome us in such a warm and friendly way and treat my cats with great care as though they were their own pets. Over the years they have gone above and beyond to help my cats when they were sick. They are patient with all my questions and walk me through all my options. I know that the level of care they receive here is excellent. They even have a wonderful new facility.

Dr. Stevenson, Alison, and the woman at the front desk made our little Weego feel very comfortable from the time we got there until he left. He is a rescue and is a little shy around people, but he didn't show it at the BVVCC. He even tried to make his way back to the exam room! I was very impressed by how easily Alison answered all of our questions and Dr. Stevenson did the same! We are definitely happy with our stay and look forward to coming back!
