This is the best vet office in Denver-I love them! This clinic is run by Dr. Phillip Carlson, and he is THE doctor there. You won't see anyone else-unlike those national company offices. He and his staff are so caring, and they go out of their way to help you. Dr. Carlson gives you information and advice that is direct and helps you make the right decision for your pet. There is no pressure-trying to sell you extra services, and the prices are more than fair for the excellent care you receive. I won't take my dog or cats anywhere else.

Dr. Carlson did not even acknowledge our dog when he entered the exam room and with his "I am not going to answer your questions because I am the doctor and I am right and you are wrong attitude" put our dogs tail right between her legs. My dog loves people and I have never seen her so scared. We wanted him to look at our dog's sore hip (which has since healed) but he told us that when dogs are so scared and tense it is hard to diagnose them without x-rays. He seemed to think that her hip problem was due to our extremely active 60 lbs dog being 5 lbs overweight. When we got home we looked at the chart and on it was written "Periodontal infection" why did this not come up in the visit. I would call and ask if I thought he would be any help at all. We should have walked out and not given this doctor any of our money. On the other hand the staff was very nice and helpful. Steer Clear
